RECRUITMENT FOR THE POSTS OF PA, UDC, LDC & ASSISTANT

The Indian Council of Medical Research, ICMR-National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis, Chennai an Autonomous Organization under Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India invites applications(OFFLINE) from eligible candidates as per criteria laid down below for filling up the following posts:

VACANCY DETAILS : 

(i) Personal Assistant : 02 (post code 01)
(ii) Assistant : 01 (post code 02)
(iii) Upper Division Clerk : 05 (post code 03)
(iv) Lower Division Clerk : 03 (post code 04)

Essential QualificationS:

(i) Personal Assistant :

a. Minimum Three years Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute with Computer Literacy
b. 120 w.p.m. speed in Shorthand (English or Hindi)

(ii) Assistant :

a. Minimum Three years Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institution
b. Working knowledge of Computer (MS Office / Power Point)

(iii) Upper Division Clerk : 

a. Degree of a recognized University or equivalent

b. Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH /
9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word)

(iv) Lower Division Clerk :

a. 12th class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
b. Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH /
9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).

AGE LIMIT:

Upper age limit for the post of Personal Assistant & Assistant (Post code 01
& 02) is not exceeding 30 years as on 30.08.2019.

 For Upper Division Clerk and Lower Division Clerk (Post code 03 & 04) is between 18 and 27 years.

SELECTION CRITERIA :

i. Written Examination / test /Skill Test / Test on Working Knowledge of Computer (MS Office /Power Point) (Qualifying Only)/Typing test.
